What do we do

  1. You fax or email to us the judgment information. 
      (any info you have).

  2. We review it to first see if it is a valid judgment and that
      the person or company attempting to collect it is in fact
      authorized to do so.

  3. We discuss your options with you and a settlement amount.

  4. We send you a written agreement spelling out what we will do.

  5. We attempt to Negotiate your judgment so it will be
     marked satisfied.

  6. Upon reaching the best settlement possible we send you
      a written agreement with the dollar amount you must pay.

  7. If you agree with the settlement amount, you deposit the
     funds into our bonded and Insured escrow account.

  8. When and only when do we receive a signed, notarized
      agreement from the judgment creditor or his legal
      representitive do we release the funds to them.

 9. We obtain the Warrant of Satisfaction  which is filed with
     the Court.
